Arzu Bilgic joined Hili Ventures, HV Marine’s parent company, as Commercial Director in January 2021, relinquishing the role a year later to assume the Chief Executive Officer position at HV Marine. Ms Bilgic enjoyed a long career at Procter & Gamble in her native Turkey between 1999 and 2011 where she held Senior Director roles in Marketing, Sales, and Strategy and Planning, and also held a Director’s post in Switzerland between 2002 and 2004. She later led Meykar Food and Beverage as Managing Director before moving to Malta where she had stints at Foster Clark Food Products and Deloitte. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Bogazici University. Ms Bilgic is a board member of HV Marine’s engineering subsidiary Motherwell Bridge Industries.
